“I am creator of my life. Not a manager of my life circumstances”. Tony R.

I am an author, mindset coach, entrepreneur and a father of two.

I help high-achievers excel in new ways.

I work with successful people, who have achieved a lot and want to make a huge leap forward to reach their full potential. Time management, discipline and hard work doesn’t cut it anymore as already at 95% efficiency. You need something new, something bigger.

I live in London since I moved here 28 years ago and work worldwide with clients from US, Canada, UK and mainland Europe.

I am a Fellow at Institute of Coaching, Harvard affiliate, Strategic Intervention Coach, Mentor at London Business School, Scholar of Eckhart Tolle Foundation.

I have had fascinating 30 years of international business experience - in UK, USA, Luxembourg, Germany, France and New Zealand. I served as CEO, CFO and a Board member in a number of high-tech firms. One has grown to become an industry leader and multi-billion global business with presence on every continent. Another failed spectacularly. Guess which one taught me the most.

I used to be a perfectionist, high-achiever, workaholic, multi-tasker, productivity junkie and a serial procrastinator. I dropped all of that years ago and since then am much happier, healthier, exponentially more productive and creative than ever before in my life. I still work hard though (and procrastinate occasionally).

My key principle in working with people who seek change is best described by this quote: “Don’t ask what the world needs. Find out what makes you come alive and go do that. Because what the world needs is the people who have come alive”. Howard Thurman. If you are ready to find out how - schedule a free meeting here.

More about me:

I grew up in Armenia. What I miss the most is the smell of the air in the mountains there.

I have been studying and practicing mind-body disciplines since my youth - martial arts, yoga, buddhism, Vedas, psychology, business psychology, Su Jok and mindfulness in general. Spiritual masters who shaped and influenced my transformation are Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, Allan Watts, Krishnamurti, Yogananda, Sri Nasargadata Maharaj, Thich Nhat Hanh, Romana Maharshi, Rumi and many others.

“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile Universe”. —Albert Einstein. It’s not just a quote, it’s a daily choice.

I have made my fair share of mistakes in life, didn’t realise what a huge burden guilt was and how it held me back, until I got rid of it.

I know how it feels to have shortage of basic food, heat and light. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but am grateful I had experienced this early in my life.

I love music, sport and long walks. I am active and fit (by the grace of God, for which I am so grateful).

I am a pretty good cook (according to my children).

I am fascinated by the recent discoveries of psychosomatic medicine and study it in my free time.

I absolutely believe in power of coaching, as I see life changing results every day with my clients. Some of them speak here.

I continually challenge status quo to find the most impactful ways of helping my clients. “You have no obligation to be the person you were 5 mins ago”, said Allan Watts. We are fluid beings and evolve literally every moment. When we embrace that and let go of the “image of the past self” - all limits are off.
